Indian Army Chief General Manoj Mukund Naravane wears the new combat uniform during a recent visit to the Eastern Command area where he reviewed the operational preparedness.
It is imperative that the uniforms of soldiers, which have remained unchanged for years, be modified to suit their needs and the changing times. Uniform pattern is very high quality camouflage, creates visual confusion which helps soldiers hidden from the eyes of snipers and enemy.
